shileka's deckbuilding challenges part 1

hello there! some time ago i had a funny idea, deckbuilding challenges! while they might be imposible to use building decks with limitations is a fun way to get some deckbuilding practice

for this challenge the goal is to build a deck with low cost cards (or rather, it is advised to do so) excluding the pillars and pendulums a deck may cost only 600 electrum

Elemental Engineers was a fun weekly challenge thing, as well as a group of people here on the forum who specialized making unique decks.

Elemental Engineers are long dead now, so it is ok. I am actually going to participate in this challenge:

Here it is; quite effective against AI3, good when RNG hates you and its non-pillar/pend cards cost just 480!
