If you really want to go for the full disappointment effect, just have the upped picture in the upgrading function from the Oracle make it look like "Upgrade ---> Sacrafice Shard of Disappointment: Destroy all your opponent's creatures." Then when they do the upgrade, they get the above card. I can only imagine the amount of emails zanz would get and the spam/flame postings on the bugs thread  ;D

If you read the notes, you'll see the unupped version is supposed to look like an actual shard before you upgrade it.
