1 quanta: Ban. Target creature is destroyed, and all creatures with the same name are destroyed forever to that player; the player who has it can NEVER,
EVER play that creature EVER again. Can target immaterial creatures.

The Master: Costs 1 quanta. Target is deleted. This means that their account is deleted if they are a player and that the card is deleted if the target is a permanent or card.
And this isn't in the wrong section; it's not overpowered. It's legit. I mean, I can just mutate it and then eat it, no?
