No, not impractical. It's actually a fairly common deck strategy, especially tossing in Mitosis before it wasn't able to affect weapons.

I'm sorry, I meant UNupped cards. However, I already made an Antlion deck based on a similar combo and it was quite practical indeed!
And yes, Flying Staff & Unstoppable & Epinephrine & Twin Universe is a good combo, if you manage to get all these cards in your hand.
