Eg. if it's a creature, it's attack and hp will be doubled/tripled. If it's a spell it deals triple damage, inflicts statuses for tripled time, heals you for triple the amount of HP. Miracles heal you to 297 hp...
When used on a permanent, it acts as if 3 of these permanents are in play, weapons deal triple damage and shields block three times as much damage. Phase shields last 9 turns, bone wall start with 21 charges, dissipation shields use 1/3 of the quanta they would normally use...
