I suggest to buff the unupgraded version and to nerf the upgraded version, it feels like this card is slightly (just a bit) unbalanced :))

Hmm, the upgraded version looks like an unnecessary buff of Relic.  Upped relic costs 1 and is already ridiculously OP, and you want to make it even cheaper?  Insanity.

Also, the unupped card really sucks, because it will kill you when played.  (since 'suicide' would fall under 'do it all')

Not a problem since the unupped version can do all, even auto-upgrade by making itself completly useless :P
