Let us start by saying, that we all appreciate the artistic and personal impact DoctorC have on our community. However, putting that aside, DoctorC have been acting up recently, so to keep everything civil and safe for work, we took measures and created this list in order to prevent future hiccups in DoctorC's behavior. You left us no choice, DocC.

List of things, prohibited to DoctorC
1. Kidnapping people, pets, cattle or any other living thing in their "Tardis". At the very least, learn to control
first, we're still waiting for Zanz to return from your trip to "the future".
1.1 While DoubleCapitals, Kuroaitou, SpikeSpiegel, PlayerOa, 10 men and Xinef are/were masters of time, they're not "The Master" and it's not your "duty as The Doctor to stop them from enslaving the mankind."
1.2 No one,
not even especially not you, owns a working tardis on the forums. We don't know how you made your box actually bigger on the inside, but it's still not a tardis.
2. Making pixelart as main hobby doesn't make you appear pixelated on the photos or in real life. Trying to prove otherwise is forbidden.
3. "Pummel it with Fire Storm" is not "the best solution for everything". Neither is using any other kind of AoE spell, not even the ones you came up.
3.1 Nor is slapping with a long-spoiled salmon. Please get rid of it, the stench is immense.
3.2 Nor "stick some duct tape."
4. EFC members are not to be referred as "the cool kids",
unless consent is given under any circumstances. It just doesn't go well.
5. Attempting to perform a surgery is forbidden, considering DoctorC aren't an actual medical doctor.
5.1 You didn't give any oaths, don't lie.
6. Stop trying to wreck everything by using various SCPs on Basman-1453.
6.1 Items from GOC, Serpent's Hand, Chaos Insurgency, Church of the Broken God and The Objects from the Holders are also forbidden to use.

No interaction between DoctorC and Basman-1453 should be allowed. 6.2.1 We're allowing you two to chat together again.
Don't make us regret this decision.
7. Stop trying to rub Oracle's belly.
8. No such as Meme Dragon exist, and please refrain from referring this way to Espithel, ValerianFlame or literally anyone else.
8.1 Meme Dragons aren't a thing for a reason, Doctor. Stop trying to make one.
9. Please refrain from screeching "Kill it with fire" whenever you see a human baby.
10. Mitosis isn't to be used for creating a human centipede. Nor is fractal.
11. Following elements are not in the game:
- Food
- Art
- Pixels
- DoctorC
- Acid
- Friendship
Subsequently, you can't be a master of any of the "elements" above
12. Neither of the Masters of Water live in a pineapple.
13. "It's already pixelated" isn't a valid excuse for posting NSFW pixelart.
14. DoctorC aren't allowed to say "What can possibly go wrong?" or "This can't get any worse". Just don't.
15. Dissanctuary isn't an "OP deck for slaughtering everything". Stop saying that to the newcomers.
16. "Devouring the unborn" is not to be used as a synonym for "eating omelet".
17. While you did succeed in "literally scaring the crap out of [anonymous user]", refrain from doing that again.
18. Neither of the following are considered a valid excuse:
- T'was an accident.
- Our other self did it, not me.
- For the Throne/the Crown/Life/safety of the Universe/Glory/The Sun Prince/The Moon Princess/the Firemom/the lulz
- They misbehaved.
- We had no choice.
- "Look at me, I'm bananas."
- Why not?
- We're already on the naughty list.
- They started it.
- We just wanted to play with them.
19. DoctorC aren't allowed to buy, steal, trade or otherwise obtain souls. Selling souls would be as well, but DoctorC simply don't have any left.
20. Trying to take over the Elements Community isn't forbidden for the sole reason of DoctorC not being able to actually take over.
21. DoctorC aren't allowed to day "Fight me!" to anything.
22. CAH cards are not to be used as "to do list"
22.1 Neither is this list
23. DoctorC do not belong to the gallifreyan Time Lords. They don't have the ability to change their appearance except for basic photo-editing software.
