very good concept,
but the card abilities are stated in a really
weird/ difficult format.
i would go for a clearer gameplay concept like
Nerf Everything
COST: 2
all copies of target becomes nerfed.
Everything
COST: 4
all copies of target become nerfed.
(all copies of target includes cards in deck, hand, battlefield
and of course the target you selected.)
(Nerfs effects are dependent but at least halving the power of the targets)
(Nerf Everything is efficient this way as many decks
will follow the good deck building rule of having 4 cards in your deck. )
