i was actually going for an auto lose (the person who uses the deck loses) but now that i look at it differently, it is even more hillariously a coinflip deck :P

A deck whose success is decided by a coinflip.  As in, if this deck were to face any other 30 card deck that didn't have a Reverse Time effect anywhere in it, then it would only win by winning the coinflip.
