Let's match wits in a Deck Building Contest!
The objective is to build the most efficient quanta denial deck.
Some details on what I mean by efficiency for the deck:
- Resilience to bad draws
- Speed of setup -- how many turns it takes to setup full quanta denial
- How hard it is to counter - best if there are no possible counters at all

Haha, got you! I never said you need to deny the opponent's quanta
Efficiency:
- All cards apart from Relic can be safely discarded -- complete bad draw resistence
- 6/30 gives maximum chance to start with Relic in hand, if not there is plenty of fast-draw power to get it quick
- There is no counter -- the opponent cannot prevent you from using a Relic in your hand
