Agreed.  Make it destroy permanents too.
It's also super hard countered by SoD and SS. Either we nerf those down so they only heal you 10% of what they do now, or make it so that if you have this card in your deck, opponent can't use spells.

If the opponent runs out of quanta, creatures and permanents die. Then HP. Or whatever he feels at that point.
