What? I don't see anything that says that this is timed. Do you? Because again I don't.

You literally just said that

This is NOT how you run a tourney, especially where you need to co-ordinate 4 people, not 2. Let the finalists work out their own schedule. Doesn't really matter if it takes them a month as no other games are waiting on them
