I got to thinking earlier and came up with this:
Lafirue- cost is 20 generic, type is spell, text is "You and your opponent both flip a coin. If tails, you lose the game. Both players lose quanta." Effect- flips a coin, which always lands on tails, the player(s) receive a message (like the PvP style) saying "you lost the game" and the user loses half their quanta. Their opponent loses 50% of their quanta or the amount the user lost, whichever is lower.

Kael-Card (Cale-Cahrd) Noun - A card that is unnecessarily complicated.  Often used to describe cards that can easily be split into at least three different cards.  A card that cannot be understood even after reading it twice.
