It will grow, because since ultimately the sentence is a lie at one point (the instant his nose doesnt grow, its a lie) then it will grow turning into a truth. So even though the statements end result was a truth, since it started as a lie, then the nose will still grow.

Depends. Technically everyone probably lied at least once in their life. If you consider that a liar, then yes, all Sicilians are liars. Now if you are only talking about compulsive ones, then no, not all Sicilians are liars.
