Complicated (un-upgraded)-
N = 14 and M = 10 when the owner has the mark of :earth and no other quantum in their possession.  If they do have other quantum in their possession N will decrease by the number of other elements quantum types in their possession.  If they are in possession of 0 :earth quantum at the end of their turn, the Abomination will gain Basilisk's Blood.  Should there be 0 :earth quantum when stasis ends, the Abomination will die.
Otherwise N = pi x number of turns in play and M = 5 with the web ability for no good reason.

Complicated (upgraded)-
N = 16 and M = 16 when the owner has the mark of :earth and no other quantum in their possession.  If they do have other quantum in their possession N will decrease by the number of other elements quantum types in their possession.  If they are in possession of 0 :earth quantum at the end of their turn, the Abomination will gain Basilisk's Blood.  Should there be 0 :earth quantum when stasis ends, the Abomination will die.
N= ( :earth/ :time )+1 and M= ( :time / :earth)+1 if the user has the mark of :time.  Should the Abomination be targeted by Reverse Time, it will gain devour ability, costing  :entropy  :entropy  :entropy  :entropy  :entropy  :entropy to use if there are any quantum other than :entropy with less than 5 accumulated but more than 1 accumulated, otherwise it will consume all :earth quanta on even days of the month and all :time quanta of odd days of the month.

Shouldn't the upgraded card be M + 1 to prevent if from dying if you don't have 1/3  of your :earth quanta divided by the total of all of your quanta?

You should've opted for the 1-pt text on the card instead of "look it up on the wiki".

It's like the Seal of Orichalcos from Yu-Gi-Oh or the Golden Chicken of New Powers As The Plot Demands from the same. Except that this has less text.

Okay, so it's a toss-up. But this card is somewhat broken: the upgraded version has NaN attack when I have no :time quanta and a Mark of Time.

Add this to the end:

If this card's controller is less than 13.5 Latitude Degrees but more than 150 Longitude Degrees distant from the nearest rest stop, it gains +5 | +3. If the controller of this card has total quanta equalling exactly a prime Fibbonacci number, it gains +Z*X |+W*Y where Z is the greatest common factor of the first and last digits of the user's IP address, X is the square root cubed of the total of the ASCII values of the user's password, W is randi(15.5,2), and Y is the weight in nanometers of the controller's soul, divided by the width in pixels of the largest demotivational picture on the user's best friend's hard drive.

Do not ask how the game figures some of this out.
