Okay, so it's a toss-up. But this card is somewhat broken: the upgraded version has NaN attack when I have no
quanta and a Mark of Time.
Add this to the end:
If this card's controller is less than 13.5 Latitude Degrees but more than 150 Longitude Degrees distant from the nearest rest stop, it gains +5 | +3. If the controller of this card has total quanta equalling exactly a prime Fibbonacci number, it gains +Z*X |+W*Y where Z is the greatest common factor of the first and last digits of the user's IP address, X is the square root cubed of the total of the ASCII values of the user's password, W is randi(15.5,2), and Y is the weight in nanometers of the controller's soul, divided by the width in pixels of the largest demotivational picture on the user's best friend's hard drive.
Do not ask how the game figures some of this out.
