Q: What do you mean by quanta cards?
A: All pillars and pends, plus any creature that creates exactly one quanta of its own element (Brimstone Eater, Gnome Rider, Damselfly, for example).

Q: Can other-element cards be used?
A: Yes, unless the god's rules explicitly say otherwise.  Other is considered to belong to no element, and therefore counts as out of element for percentage purposes, but not forbidden from gods only allowed to use certain elements.

Please also remember that you should report your match as follows:

Player A (X games) - Player B (X games)
Game 1 (God) - (God): Winner
Game 2 (God) - (God): Winner
etc.
