Event - Goblet of Fire Every member of a House may use up to three upgraded dragons from their House Elements in their deck. These do not count towards your upgraded card limits. All Houses must use the Element Water when building their decks. Decks must be composed of 40% one of the three available elements, 40% a second of the three available elements, and 20% the last available element. Event - Tri Wizard Tournament Each Head of the House will duel each other. The winners gain an additional 30 points(50 points total) instead of their normal 10 additional points(30 points total). Deckbuilding and Spell Assignment  Time is Up! House members are required to build decks before the countdown runs out. All decks built must adhere to the following two rules: 1. You may only use cards from the Elements that represent your House. 2. Your deck must have 50% of each element. In case of odd numbered decks, your deck must be 49% one element and 51% the other. The only exception to the above rules are Event and Spell modifications. Any failure to adhere to the deckbuilding rules will result in punishment. At the end of the end of the countdown, any further editing of the decks will be prohibited. During this time, Prefect will be required to give out 3 spells each to any student(or themselves) that they wish. Any spell not given out will not be useable during this Day. The Head of each House is also required to pick a spell for themselves during this period. Spell Casting  Time is Up! Since Day Two things have been  changed up some. Now, Spell casting has it's own phase. You will have 48 hours to cast your spells in the Spell Casting thread. Anything affecting the deck can take place during this phase or the Dueling phase but must happen before a duel with a bewitched opponent takes place. Obliviate may be cast at anytime and is not confined by this phase. All spells happen in the order of which they are cast. Dueling  Time is Up! Players must contact their opponent using a PM, and try to find a time that suits both. If the fight doesn't happen, both players lose by default, unless one player is clearly more active in trying to find a suitable time. Event organizer will determine who the most active player was, and his or her word is final. Duels are best-of-3. The first player who wins 2 individual matches, wins the duel. Subs are allowed for any no shows during the dueling phase. You are not allowed to change your deck at anytime past the deadline when decks are due. The only exception is when your deck is bewitched by a spell. In that case, you must submit the same deck, again, with the modifications and post it in the appropriate thread. Do not simply update the already submitted deck. It's a good idea to either record the matches, or take screenshots as proof, in case something weird, like a desync error, happens. Remember, a player who gets caught cheating, will be permanently banned from all Elements community PvP events, so please play fair. Winner should post a new topic in the "Battle Results" section, along with short description of how the match went. Both the winner and the loser are required to post pictures of their original deck and any deck altered by a spells used against them. Please use the following Topic name format: Name (House) vs Name (House)  :: The winner of the duel is always the first name in the Topic title. Does that mean that HOH will play the 3 others?  To me this is what it sounds like said this way, but only one duel is set so far for em.

I'm pretty sure that is not the case, just a bad choice of words.
What was meant is, that each HoH will face another HoH. Having to fight 3 battles in one same timespan as you usually have for 1 battle doesn't strike me as intended.

What I'm wondering is: does wadurr count towards the house elements? -> Upped wadurr dragons for free?

Kakerlake is correct. Just a bad choice of words. HoH will not have 3 duels, they will just be against another HoH.

Yes Water counts as a House element this Day since it is a mandatory addition to your decks.

No, Rustlers/Leaf Dragons do not count. Only the Main dragon of the element counts.

Easier off by changing it slightly by adding "Since day two this phase was..." (Rest is equal) =P Then it's copy paste only and you don't need to change the day! (Lolwhat.)

I propose a punishment to Ravenclaw being misinterpreting "Protego" Spell, causing a rematch between me and Shantu after our deck is posted, also the chaos raised between calindu221, Dm1321 and nilsieboy.

TBH the spell rules are extremely fuzzy. The specifics have never been nailed down as quite frankly opponent in the most sensical way would have meant me, not Shantu.

Protego also hasn't been clarified on if it blocks all spells sent at a person, etc.

As long as there is enough inclarity of the rules then it falls to the Organizer to amend the rules but not penalize the offending party. It makes no sense to punish people because the rules are unclear.

Kami isn't exactly the most active organizer either (no offense). Its easily possible for the only available time that two people can play is before Kami can get online, and its unfair for them to be denied their match because of the lack of clarity. The period of spell casting should also be used by the organizer to spot possible unclarities in the rules, IMO.

[extremeview]Since there have been inclarities in the rules since the beginning of the event, I propose that every team get penalties for each possible inclarity that any person finds, and all punishments besides points reductions happens to all players. This is the only fair option as every team has had the ability to ask questions regarding every single line of text in the rules. [/extremeview]

Rofl, that's funny. What chaos, my good sir? Calindu and Me had no problem considering the fact he had his engorgio correctly. Further on the misinterpreting of the "Protego" spell was by part of Nilsie' (or the one who subbed the spell for him) and not mine. Further on the rules weren't really clear so you can't say it's any of the parties faults, and the way or the other Nilsie's spell was cast after the deadline, resulting it to be nullified. All in all it wasn't very chaotic, and I don't think we had any big problems/chaos due to that except for the misunderstanding of the "Protego" spell on huffle's part.
