Correct. Those four elements play a part in later rounds.

1. No. You must use a mark of your House Elements.

2. No. You must use 50% of both House Elements. Unless certain Events in the tourney say or add cards otherwise.

For the moment, the other elements are part of in game holidays and events, not foreign schools.

No you may not. Punishments are there to discourage any sort of cheating and going against the rules. Mostly for accidental rule breaking. Rule breaking of any kind will have the same punishments as if you broke the rules in ANY event. Punishments just show that things will happen to your team/house if you break a rule.

1. No, the shards do not count towards your upgraded card limit.
2. Get as close as possible to the required proportions. Of course, that only counts if your deck cannot be perfectly divided.
3. Yes, spells happen before duels but after deckbuilding. At anytime time during that period. There will be a public topic for spellcasting that all will post in if they cast a spell.
4. That is how many times a Prefect can select that spell to be given out. if a spell has (3) that means that spell can be given out three times.

Anytime other cards are allowed they will count as 'In-Element'. So, for example, a deck with 15 Fire cards, 13 gravity cards, and 2 other cards is a legal deck.

You have to use a spell before you have your scheduled duel.  And spells happen in the chronological order they appear in. If you use your spell 5 seconds before your opponent does, your spell happens first.

When do we assign prefects?

Hopefully once secret sections have been activated.
