Sign-ups won't start until I'm at least finish with this event.  There are still some things that need to be worked out, but expect it eventually! XP

All participants sign up and the Head of the House for each House will assign the Prefects role.

Yes, the deck you use has to be composed of your two House elements. Yes this event is going to happen. When? Eventually is the best I know of. You have to ask TStar about that.

I wasn't aware there actually will be one. it was still up in the air. I can have one made by the end of this weekend at the earliest. i don't have my laptop that has all of my art stuff on it currently.
