In my opinion, Diamond shield > Ice shield but Permafrost shield > Ice shield. You should try it with the upgraded ice shield :P.

But do you have an estimate for the % it wins AI 5 with?

I will look into Permafrost Shield.

I added 3 upped Sundials and 1 Quantum Tower, for a total of 44 cards. The deck won 80% of 20 matches. 13 of the 16 wins were mastery. Congested hand at the start was the main problem in the losses, so adding more QT and/or Sundials may be the way to go.

The deck that I used was built by someone else but I forget who.
It was made of:
14 emerald pillars
6 heals
6 emerald dragons
4 steals
mark of darkness

i had 14 wins and 9 losses, and every game was pretty close
in 5 of my games i managed to completely shut down the opponent by stealing a permanent
i think i faced a gravity light deck and i stole his shield for the win
it was jokes

i won a ball lightning, a steal, and an arctic squid

I got a better win rate with this than with mono darkness. This deck basically has 120 extra hp for very little quantum, assuming you draw all of them. The trick is to save up your steals and your heals until you need them.

That was my deck, btw.  I also included a couple of Liquid Shadows for lobo purposes vs. annoying skill creatures. :)

AI5 is super easy to beat, but it never ever drops anything.

Since they've came out I've gotten 3 upgraded cards. And I haven't even farmed them that much; 1-3 per day at most, really.

But yes, the chances are rather low.

First post should be changed. Half bloods have 15% upgraded cards.
