People have been complaining a lot about how half bloods are not worth attacking. I decided to revisit the topic once more. What is best and what is fastest? Recently I bought Puppychow's rainbow deck (original something something deck, thanks for the idea) and I was just testing it. Yes, if you are lucky it beats the halfbloods almost every time. Even with EM. But... the time it took! Yes, they were good victories, but it took over an hour to win 10 games. With this I'm not saying anything about the deck, because of course it was made to defeat FG's.
Assuming I will win an upped card after 10-12 victories, what do I do? Not this, because it took over an hour to win an upgraded card. What if I am just slugging and do not care how low my HP is in the end? I came up with this. Remember it may not be for you. You can say: I have a much better deck. Yes. Sure. But what if you have 60 earth cards and NOT those cards you mention
.
So here it is, all mark of time. (btw it is fully upgraded or preferably.)
Mixed earth deck:
11 stone pillars. 6 elite graboids 4 steel golems. 3 quicksand. 3 basilisk blood. 3 rewinds.
Elapsed time to 10 wins: 35 minutes.
Lost: 6
Minimal defence earth deck:
11 stone pillars. 6 elite graboids, 6 steel golems. 4 basilisk blood. 3 rewinds.
Elapsed time to 10 wins: 28 minutes.
Lost: 4
Ultimate ultimate attack earth deck:
15 pillars, 6 elite graboids, 6 golems, 3 elite shriekers. (Maybe you don't like it, but elite shriekers are expensive cannon fodder.)
Elapsed time to 10 wins: 30 minutes
Lost: 7
Conclusion:
I do not suggest anything fancy, just 12 attackers and some defence. Earthquakes do not work as well against AI5 anyway. I've come to like my minimal defence deck more and more. And yes, I still win an upgraded card after about 10-12 wins in AI5, as it was today.
