I haven't gotten CRAP for a reward. I don't mean just rares, I mean I've gotten maybe a dozen cards over playing for the last few days. What am I doing wrong here?

Nope, nothing wrong.  The RNG just hasn't like you in the past few days.  Just keep up at it and you should do well.

The only reason people play HBs is because they have randomized decks and have a small chance to give upped cards.

You're less likely to win cards from HBs, because the upped and unupped version of the same card count as different on the spins.

From HBs, you can win every rare except for miracle, shards, and nymphs.

I like HBs, because you can EM easier.

Sometimes the win ratio is important as well,
the more times you win the higher the chance you have to get an
upgraded card, with those decks you will definitely get some
upped cards.
