Spoiler for Match summaries:

Game 1: Knew I'd see Pestquake at some point during this match and that's exactly what he started off with. Pretty average starting hand, which is what I generally needed to maintain favor in this match-up, from prior testing. Phys slowed down my quanta generation tremendously as expected but thanks to the early damage and T-bolts I was able to play early on, I came out on top here.

Game 2: Expected Pestquake again (albeit modified for T-bolts) so I didn't really want to try changing up my deck just yet. Got what I expected, most of the game was pretty much a repeat of the previous game. Managed to get a Fractal at the end as Phys surprised me with an Eclipse, which he used to tear down my Bone Wall faster. Fortunately for me, I was comfortably in the lead by that point to be able to shake off his last resort efforts.

Game 3: Honestly didn't know what to expect here but I still didn't see a reason to change decks yet. I was somewhat pleased to find out it was a Cremation Rush of sorts but was very anxious when I noticed that my starting hand consisted of 0 T-bolts and didn't draw any over the following turns. Fortunately though I was able to drew a good supply of Recluse and Bone Walls this game to make up for my lack of CC. DC'd towards the end but I ended up winning on both sides.

Game 1: good start, early Fractal, lockdown with one Dragon and a Vagger on Higs' side of the board. Stabilized with Vampires and took the win.

Game 2: plenty of quanta, but no Pests! Crap. No early denial meant I was quickly outrushed.

Game 4: bad start here - got a turn 1 Pest with my two Dark Pendulums, but a lack of any quanta sources beyond those meant Fractal came far too late.

Game 3: think I had a decent chance in this matchup, but Higs drew into her creatures very quickly, and denied my draws with Nightmares to stop my CC.

Game 5: we both took funny decks for a friendship match, but Higs got a very unlucky start, and I got a Vagger, a Destroyer and a Gargoyle out before the Silence chain started.

Game 1: decent start with an early Pest, but I think it ended up being the only one I drew all match. will bolted both my early Gargoyles, and sadly, the other two were hiding. Vagger didn't come out until the turn after Bone Wall landed. I kept will's quanta under control after drawing into every Quicksand and slowed down his creatures with my Basilisk Bloods, but the lack of damage meant he was able to recover and take the win.

Game 2: pretty much an ideal start for me, with 4 early Pests and a Vagger coming out and doing some work - unfortunately, will got an excellent quanta split here to counter it, and was able to power through all of my denial. I realized here that Devquake didn't really stand as good a chance in this matchup as I thought it would, and knew we'd need a different approach.

Game 3: I wanted to drop the Explosions and take 4 Lances here - I think I would have won this if I had done so, as both Explosions turned up very early and were dead cards against the early Recluse rush. One Cremation in my top ~12 cards meant my damage was too slow, will got a Fractal off at the end but he would have won by a turn even without it.

Small note: I don't know if we've ever punished anyone for not having enough upgrades before, but with the wording www chose, decks technically had to be fully upgraded. I don't think anyone intuitively interprets the wording this way, but these are technicalities I wouldn't want anyone to lose a game to in the future, so it's worth reminding people to word their rules carefully.
