Decks may be changed, Round 2 is voided entirely.  Decks should be sent BEFORE the match.

Nowhere did it stated to wait before next round and ppl never do wait to help the event go faster even at risk of à longer break... I don't mind the decision if it has à purpose other then bave more matches together... Cause now all it seem to did is penalised active teams.

Really?  I am not aware of any PvP event set up with Rounds where it was player discretion to simply 'play the next round'.  I am by no means a real PvP veteran as some others might be but I feel confident stating that "waiting for the next round to post" is the default if not otherwise directed.

Usually, the pairings depend on the results of the previous round. For the small number of events with brackets, the rules often change each round. That's why waiting is the default. But for an event with brackets and unchanging rules, there's not much reason to wait.
