Looks good. See if you can get the third discord it definitely makes a difference in ensuring you ALWAYS get discord early instead of sometimes.

I am going to put this as your deck...

what do you suggest I drop from the reverse time deck? -1 druidic staff sound good?

Im gonna give you the deck you want, -1 skull + 1 pend.

I will alter kitty's deck with +2 dragons, -2 scorpions I think (it had plenty of quanta in testing late game so the dragons could be played later)

I am still equivocating on my deck vs higs. I am so afraid of Pestal/devourer fractal that I have done all my testing there. Against other aether decks though, the mitosis minor phoenix would probably work well. Its a tough call as both decks have different strengths. I will have to think about my deck.

The bad part about it is that if they bring a shield that blocks damage or wings its GG. Maybe drop 2 scorps for 2 dragons and add a pillar?

I am having trouble figuring out something good for kitty vs entropy.... the deck shantu played last round is super simple and incredibly fast. It is really ridiculous how OP discord is when you look at that deck.

If anyone has any ideas let me know.

After testing both against the entropy diss shield/bolt stall and their dragon/discord rush, I think this deck is the best I can do for kitty. If you get the phase shield up you are pretty safe... It is just a matter of getting it up. The only trouble is deflags and them but its the best I can do to counter their best deck (discord/dragon rush).

That deck should be fine  falcon - we have enough pillars to run a pillar only deck (currently 14 of them and you are using 8...)

If you would prefer the skull shield - we can still change the salvage. How about we keep the 2 skull shields we had and instead discard our solar bucklers?

Just a thought - we dont have that many mitosis and we barely have enough pendulums. Rage Potion is a great card that offers CC and can get your dragons from 10|6 to 15|1 for a final kill hit. I suggest you replace mitosis with rage potion and the bonds with more dragons. Also, we can't afford to give you that many pendulums (and frankly I don't think you nee them) so figure out a way to reduce them from 18 to maybe 14 or 15 max. Thanks!

Some of your suggestions were good. Some I thought I could improve on. It is nothing against you and I hope you continue to feel comfortable contributing. The decks I made last round won - of course that was luck not skill. It's good to have a back and forth on something rather than what I say goes. So feel free to disagree with me its better for the team to have diverse ideas.


If you have a good idea build it and test it. We can test against round 1 decks now to give us an idea of what cards teams have. I could use some help getting kitty's deck done too.

I am disappointed that everyone likes #2.

Air now has MASSIVE quanta production with damselflies. It would be easy to get 50 quanta and just fry almost all enemy creatures in one go. I think the numbers would need to be adjusted for me to vote for this card.

There are many great and clever reworks.

I really think the shrieker compromise one is a great solution to one of the most used creatures in the game. I also thought the dejavu rework was very clever, although unneeded as deja vu is fine as it is in my opinion.

My thoughts on everyone's decks (without having researched what each team played last round)

wizelsnarf vs Higuarshi  General

See above. They like using pest-fractal against us which is hard to counter. The decks I designed have no trouble vs phase shield. Last round she used graboid twin universe deck. Pestosis might kill that in the butt by eliminating the time quanta - but its risky if they also bring pestosis. Mitosis minor phoenix with explosions for her shield is another good option. Or even the firestall.


wavedash vs Daxx

Death brought a nutty discord/bh against us last round. I bet they will use it against another team. They have a stone skin stall too. I kind of want to recommend a discord deck. Something like I brought perhaps with upped druids.


edunavas vs SpikeSpiegel  General

2 thoughts. Discord will probably beat him - teams never expect the same deck twice in a row. That aside, a poison based deck could be pretty sweet and I think your idea is good. Test it against Time general decks from War # 2 to make sure.


Falcon4415 vs Dogg

That deck you posted could be good. I expect a rush deck from fire. We don't really have the skull shields so maybe thorn carapace or emerald instead? Emerald can't be exploded. Let's try not to use duo decks that match our opponent's team. IE lose with a fire/life deck vs fire.


Isei vs Terroking

Very tough match. They totally will own our creatures with shields and can stall us to hell. Wavedash's gravity/momentum deck is a good suggestion. Another option might be a poison/dragon/heal stall deck.

promwarm vs thenewguy

Gravity took a hit to their vault last round. However I expect them to do better this round. They have a lot of pros on their team and they are going to pick it up. Blackhole was a favorite of theirs. Discord is their friend too. If they bring momentum - our shields are useless. We don't really have any CC other than thunderbolts and reverse time. I think we should bring the reverse time. If we are afraid of shields they might bring (phase shields, for example) we might want to make it a rainbow and toss in some explosions and thunderbolts as well but that is risky with blackhole. Certainly an option is to bring our sanctuary deck. It might be really really good here. We could just stall them out.

EDIT:  I also think earthquakes with a stoneskin/earth/life stall could be painful on them. Gravity cards are all expensive earthquake could really put a pinch on their quanta.

PlayerOa vs tikotribe

Ice Shield is a bitch and it works really well against life. So does fireshield. We need to bring a firebolt/explosion/dragon deck against them. Something like the one life brought from war 2. With RP and fireshield too. Make it 36 cards and try to do a bolt/dragon combo on them. Wavedash's mitosis frog idea is too risky vs shields. Life gets owned by shields. In fact when I consider other teams I consider what shields they might bring first - and it isn't always their elemental shields either.


kitty45 vs 3D House of Beef 

Another tough match and we have to sub. I like the discord/crusader idea - it might catch them off guard. However, they are the team of nova and it could backfire. I would guess they will discord rush us. Maybe flying discords, or dragons and discords. Something simple and quick after their misfortune with dissipation shields. We need to counter that threat.

This is another place we might consider our sanctuary deck. I think a pest deck would also be an option here. Maybe a quinted/adren frog or quinted/mitosis frog? Cheap and safe from CC. Actually a fireshield/explosion adren frog deck my work. It would be fast and we could break through their shield and try to win. Cheap cards obviously.
