Oh wow, just tried out this deck a few times, and it's pretty awesome. Surprisingly fast for such a simple deck.

Would you recommend an Arsenic be throw in if one has it?

The third Laval Destroyer seems like a bad idea. Just because one loses a few games to bad draws doesn't mean one should change one's deck. That third Destroyer will be useless the majority of the time, as you'll be probably be waiting for Fire and Aether quanta to build up, a Fractal, or a Quintessence. Those few times where that extra bit of damage does save you probably isn't worth giving up those games where you would've won if only you'd drawn one more card.

Also, since you're probably Fractaling your Destroyers, the third Destroyer doesn't change your damage output all that much. It's an increase from, say, 8 to 9 Destroyers.

A bit off-topic and not really the point of the thread, but if Air had a better way of utilizing large amounts of Air quanta, this guy would be much more useful.

Buff This Card! / Re: Steam Machine | Steam Machine

what if you got  :air when the steam counters got removed? I think I heard someone suggest that
I support this. Instead of a simple cost or damage change, throw an additional ability at the Steam Machine.

There is no best variation: take the main deck, figure out what doesn't work for you, and replace it with something that does. For example, some people think Miracle is worth the life-saving and increased chance of EM, and some people think the EM is incidental and replace it with a card that speeds up the deck. Experiment!
This has been bothering me for a long time.

This "no best variation" mentality is wrong. Playstyles don't and can't vary enough for two different decks to be the same in terms of earning electrum. The only problem is that the best decks are roughly the same in terms of success rates, and not enough people are gathering statistics for us to find the variation that is "best".

Steam Machine is still vulnerable to Congeal (and Shockwave) and Rewind. In fact, being stunned is worse for a Steam Machine than a Destroyer since the former loses steam while the latter doesn't.
no offense but are you autistic?
Nah, he's just bragging and probably lying.

Rainbow Decks / Re: unupped rainbow delay? rush

why do you have sundials in a rush deck...
Notice it says 'delay' in the title?
How does that answer the question?

Replace Sundials with Lightnings, Momentums, Precognitions, Freezes, Forest Spirits.

Why Gravity Shield? Permafrost is much better.

I was under the impression that the Elite Queen is there for primarily for its Fire Quanta generation, not damage.

So I tried out a partially-upgraded version of this deck against a Half-Blood.

I went up against Light / Aether. RoL / Fractal / Hope wrecked me. FML.

But then I won every game after that. This deck is pretty awesome.

1. consider unupgrading about 3~4 of the poisons. poisons have better cost-to-poison ratio unupgraded (1:2) than upgraded (2:3 = 1:1.5), and u could play poisons faster if it only costs one quanta.
While true, it doesn't apply to this deck. Unupgraded Poisons deal less damage. Cost effectiveness isn't as important.

2. same with frogs. if frogs are going to be adrenalined, it's better for them to be unupgraded since, ironically, the unupgraded one deals one more damage with adrenaline. (5-4-2 vs 3-3-3-3)
True, but Giant Frogs can take more abuse.

I didn't know there is a try again button, unless you mean the red error button, in which case, yes, I did click it.
