Unfortunately, this match began with me using a PvP speed-bow I had thrown together.(Which works decently well.) Thankfully, I got pretty lucky.

When playing in Pvp2, the following occurred: (http://imageplay.net/view/m7Gbd115938/Glitch)

My opponent had played Sky Blitz on his or her previous turn, that is before the last quanta generation, but I didn't notice it until his or her next turn. Nothing else happened with it, as after this turn the air quantum went up to 0, so I would assume it's just de-sync of some sort.

I really like the idea, but i'm a fan of synergies...so i suggest the ability cost in another element...(maybe... :darkness?)
Do you have a reason why it should be changed? I feel the ability should remain in :death cost because the ability draws from this element, not another one. If it were darkness, or anything else, would it make logical sense?

I would recommended changing X to a set value.
If it were a set value it would be more easily abused. One would have a better idea how much damage would be done on either side. With the random amount it's less predictable and more of a risk to use.

Balanced from the facts, I suppose.  Probably ready for Curator Review.
I guess I'll put this and my other topic up there, since you believe they're ready.

Actually, the art isn't very relevant. But I didn't want to post something with no art, and so it will have to do. As for burrowed and immortal, I would say that immortal are completely unaffected, but burrowed creatures on your side of the field would still be drained. Also, since I didn't mention it, Sadistic Mage|Lich isn't drained by its effect.

I attempted to follow the established cost guidelines, but they weren't as much help as I had hoped if simply because the ability doesn't exist already. Anyway, any help with adjusting ability or general costs would help. Also, the art is definitely temporary.

I would recommend removing the secondary effects and focusing on assimilate.
That will solve my space problem; I'll do just that.

In the above image I am playing a level 1 AI with Xinef's 'Pharoh's Gratitude' deck, in the event that means anything.

The AI had a bone dragon in the indicated spot before I devoured it with one of the scarabs. When the skeleton appeared, it ended up where it is in the image. Prior to this one other skeleton had been made, and came up in the correct place.
