I would, but I'm testing a new deck now. This is OLD, and just a Base-Idea now.
A hint to my new deck: A Partial Trio, with only Pillers for one. Under Constrution. Involves Air, Light and one element as Partial.
Good luck figuring how I'mma do it.

Ok, heres the thing. LOTS of people replied REASONABLE answers. Read theirs. I stated the obvious when Mogv OBVIOUSLY wasn't out to listen. He was out to.. Who really knows? Who really CARES? Its a game. Unless you create or manage the game, your not going to change it, unless lots agree. Zanz hasn't even READ this, most likely. He might when its 50 replies or so, or he feels like it. Until then, this is just a Troll Board.

I dont get this mass gangbang on OP because he dared to question something in the game.

You guys are acting like Fractal is something "meh" and "not that great", while Miracle is some miracle card. Its not, its vice versa. Saying that RoF, or even funnier - Thunderstorm destroys Fractal strategies is simply... funny. And its common knowledge? 

To save me some typing - go into deck section and go check how many great and powerful decks revolve around Fractal. Then go see how many great and powerful decks revolve around Miracle.

The rest I agree with. Sadly, thats not the question. He asked why it is a rare because it drains all  quanta. Meanwhile, Fractal does the same with  quanta. THAT IS NOT why the Miracle is Rare. We all Explained, and he just refused to listen. Sorry, but thats what is known as a Repeating Radio Troll or Broken Radio, Troll. A One way conversation just to annoy people. Where does the name come from? Simple. Those old(/New) shows that if you ask a question, they just Re-State what they said, and move on with the SAME THING, not even bothering to Air you message, so Others can learn what you "Learned".

Fractal is more powerful than Miracle. Now what? 

It opens strategies. Its used in PvP, its used against T50, AI5 and FGs. As already said, it breaks the game rules.
If you really like healing yourself more than damaging your opponent, fractal those vamps, or use shards like 99% of decent decks.

Many strategies that involve Fractal can simply be crushed  with a Fire Storm.

Exactly. Its a lot easier to counter fractal, where as there is absolutely NO way to counter miracle.

unless you have 100+ damage, in which case the opponent wouldn't even had the chance to use miracle.

Definately true, but post all these Ideas on somewhere that'll actualy help. This is a Troll's Board. Good luck getting ideas through.
For all I know, hes prolly trying to get deck Ideas with his newly gotten Miracle, and his 5 purchased fractals.
Sorry, but IMO this thread should be locked. In the mean time, though.. Feed the Troll!
Miracle is special because of the fact it can, as said previously, in the right combo,(Ftw "comma" army!)Heal up to 518 Hp.

When will you see this? Its commen knowlade. Fractal can be DEVISTATED by a few Thunder Storms. A few can get a Dragon down to 3 or 4. Some dragons will die if fractaled then En Massed by a Fractal+Death deck. Bye Bye, army. In at most 4 turns on a

I'm not sure, but the Virtual Boy is practically Non-Existant.

Everyone likes to try classics here and there, and Rare ones especcialy.
