We know you're borbland.

But it's [you] who is the real hacker (the nastiest one that we know of). Now I realize that Zanz is busy but still... enough people have seen [you] hack, and Zanz shouldn't just let such people ruin our fun. Everyone needs some fun once in a while, that's why we're all here to condemn [you] and his actions. So since he is avoiding the auto-ban somehow shouldn't Zanz just ban him manually?

can you play this deck without electrocuter??

I don't recommend it, unless you have no other choice.
Half the gods you can beat absolutely require to draw an electrocutor, so playing without it will increase the number of games you have to skip by at least 50%.
(read the strategy I posted to see which ones need the elec, and skip them at all cost if you don't have any copies)

i guess i make an other deck then.

I think this card would be too powerful. I could build some awesome Time decks using this.

Turtle Shield and upped Sundial (no cost to play) would stall while you gather ridiculous amounts of quanta. It would be especially powerful early in the game when you don't really have to spend quanta on anything.

I would probably take mark from Aether with a couple of Thunderbolts to add to stalling. Then just a bunch of Time Dragons, Anubis, etc. .. and finally.. Fractal.

remember you can't cast any cards or you break the deduction.

Build me a deck with rules of play and I'll test it.

Your description doesn't say anything about playing cards. It only talks about using quanta. Upped Sundial costs nothing to play.

And I pretty much explained my deck idea in that previous post.
