Budokan / Re: Stage II: Part I - The Culling *ROUND 1*
« on: May 25, 2011, 11:24:38 am »
In the story, I have 3-2 record... but I have 4-2...  why is it that I like cat fights? Lastly, the deckbuilding rules confuse me a lot...

Why would you slow down a rush for minimal defense? For me, it's not worth it, the mirror shield and RoLs could be better replaces by a Tower Shield, 3 SoGs, a Congeal, and a Rewind.
Tower shield? First time I've heard that in a rush deck
really? well, it's first time I have heard that in any deck :P

I've seen TII once during this time period, proclaiming something along the lines of "where the hell is DL?". DL, not at all. I understand you're extending this because it's the decisive match.. I would've stopped at one extension though x)
Still, Rage Potioned Mummy brings me memories.
I have been checking the chat for DL this whole time when I am online, I don't have it open at all times, but I check once every 20 minutes

Trio & Quartet / Re: Creamation+Soul Catcher=fun :D
« on: May 23, 2011, 11:46:02 pm »
Fire mark doesn't really do that much here, since it is not really beneficial to remove phoenixes and add more ruby dragons ...
it's earth, death, or fire
earth is just stupid... (usually)
death is ok, but... you get excess :death usually anyways...
so that leaves only :fire

Here's a fun variation for you.  I call it Grab'n my Cream

Code: [Select]
5fc 5fc 5fc 5fc 5fc 711 713 713 713 713 71f 71f 71f 71f 71f 77e 77e 77e 77e 77e 77e 77g 77g 77g 7di 7dp 7dp 7dp 7dp 7dp 7dp

The mark is still undecided.  The quanta balance is so perfect without the mark that every game I change my mind about what it should be. :D
:fire is the best

Deck Help / Re: Mono Element Turns to Win
« on: May 23, 2011, 10:04:46 pm »
No, I'm not, TFO. No one would run 6 shields if they are trying to have the fastest TTW possible.
Aether's dragon is expensive and, aether can only run six spiders per deck. Fractal costs a lot of quanta, and then you have to wait a turn to play the spiders after that.

TII, where did you see that :death mono is the fastest unupped deck? Chances are it was in a very old thread, before faster decks had been discovered.
EDIT: Well now you say unupped mono, but I still don't believe that.

Lastly, don't expect any of the predictions to be perfect.

this is old, but... well, I haven't seen any faster AI3 farmers...
