I saw a bow like arena deck use this along with devourers and black holes with quite ugly results. Fortunately, sanctuary is a solid counter.
Scramble is vicious vs mono's but fairly innocuous against rainbow decks.
If they play quantum pillars they're rainbow. MOST OF THE TIMES.
