yeah something like 5/7, but i think 9's a bit too steep. make it 5 (2 more than an upgraded cockatrice) because it's a very situational card that will only sometimes be better than the cockatrice.

yeah, it makes it do 10 less damage overall, but most life mono decks are rush decks and i don't really see this becoming big in other decks... The best combination it has going for it is this + rage potion and then lobo w/ 1 hp left, so if we make it cost a bit more than the cockatrice but do more damage over the course of a game (which with life rush shouldn't be too long) then that's a good thing. I wonder what these would do with adrenaline though...

it's a good idea, just needs some serious balancing. I like the idea of the unupped losing attack per turn and the old tree gaining attack per turn... perhaps young tree could be 5/1 and cost 2 to give unupped life rush a chance, but still making it ridiculously squishy, and i think the elder tree should maybe start 5/5 so you don't have to wait as long for it to pan out.

Archived Decks / Re: 1.21 ray of light/hope/fractal anti-FG

I'd replace one light dragon with one or two archangels... that way you have something to fractal and make a damaging army out of that doesn't cost 13 light quanta (ouch) to play, and it can also absorb hits from things like eagle eyes and then heal them away.

Water / Re: Favorite Water Card - and WHY?

permafrost shield, because i can't stand burrowed / quinted enemies, and this does double duty of -2 dmg and 30% freeze

False Gods / Re: Which FG grinder do you use?

don't you get rocked by any god with immortal creatures? and is there a reason you upgraded TU and miracle before oty? but, those aside, it's your own deck. I'd say it has to have a ffq to count as most of the others :P

Duo-Decks / Re: Fractal fish

Biggest problem is that if an opponent gets up any damage reducing shield (eg the popular permafrost shield, which reduces 2 damage), your entire deck does absolutely nothing. Useful against anyone without a shield that reduces >=2 damage though.

Deck Help / Re: My rainbow deck
« on: March 30, 2010, 04:48:20 am »
There are a bunch of threads regarding farming lvl 3's, T50, lvl 5's, and most importantly, false gods. I'm not sure how big of a hit all the rainbow anti false god decks took with the recent patch, but if you just want to farm lvl 5's, mono aether's probably your simplest bet. If you want to put together something for false gods, Scaredgirl's unupped fg farming deck is probably still one of your best bets. Link is here: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1615.0.html. Best of luck!

Rainbow Decks / Re: PuppyChow's FG Rainbow

If that's the case then you either haven't played the deck enough or are really lucky with your quantum towers... I'm thinking about adding another tower or 2 to the deck and seeing if that helps.

False god name: Gaea

Code: [Select]
7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ad 7ad 7ad 7ae 7ae 7ae 7ae 7af 7af 7af 7ag 7ag 7ag 7ag 7am 7am 7am 7k2 7k2 7k3 7k3 7k3 7k4 7k4 80a 80a 80a 80e 80i 80i 80i
The god essentially plays life rush, fractals most likely frogs or cockatrices (i dunno how ai for fractal will work) and then plays luciferase when a bunch of frogs and cockatrices are out to power hope and photosynthesis. Mark powers fractal and lobotomy (shouldn't need to fractal more than every 3 turns regardless)

Edit: I realized that, with the original deck x 2, there would be 12 fractals. This is a ridiculous amount, so I decided to cut it down to 6, so assuming the ai has 4 slots open in his hand on average, can play 24 creatures from fractals, which'll cover more than the entire board by one.
