Yeah, but I based it off of Shockwave, which does 4 damage per for 24 for 12 :air | 6 :air.  Unupped total would be 30 for 18 :fire, not 15.

I would say that if Mutated by an outside source, it should lose the passive and be locked into whatever it was changed into.

How would it react if targeted by an outside source of Mutate, such as Fallen Elf? Would it continue to Mutate, or would the outside source lock it in place?

Turning a Skeleton into a Mummy just doesn't make sense.  No one is going to unearth a normal skeleton to wrap it up, and they're certainly not going to want anything to do with one that's ambulatory and might rip out their throat.  If you wanted to Mummify something, have it be a target non-undead creature.

The key wording is 'again'.  If it hasn't used the skill yet, it won't get refreshed, and therefore won't be able to use it.

Electrical should be a passive ability.  It's an effect of the creature dying, not controllable in any way.

And 5 damage on a stick, even cross element, is too much.
