General Discussion / What the hell....`?

Im played versus a guy his name is red marvin...
he got 2 poisen creatures with 0/2 and a creature with 0/3
So i played the card "rain of fire" who make 3 damage to every creatures... so all creatures are killed

but in the next turn all creatures are back and he dont use any card from his deck
so now... is this a bug? a cheat? or what the hell is this?

This is not the first time whre this happend
