nightmare is used on photons, making your opponent use them, and then you put down your solar shield, and get a massive amount of quanta
exactly. finally someone understands it. sheesh. thought it was obvious.

this is my half blood farmer. ive found that the wind towers are almost essential to it, but other then those, it can run unupped nicely.
it is possible to get EM's, but hard.

its pretty straight forward. play a queen asap, pump out firefly's, get an empathic bond out, then a hope shield and you have practically won. the sky blitz's help you win faster (duh. XD  ), but are probably the best candidate to switch for another card.

any comments, criticism's, and ideas would be apreciated.

AI3's. half bloods usually have enough power to do enough damage around your shield and you end up having to either play a dragon, or using a miracle. and when you have that decision, your dead anyways.

this deck is ONLY good for fighting an AI though. im pretty sure that if you nightmare a photon against a human, they know something is up and probably wont play them.
yes i know this is only good against stupid AI. i said that. can we please move in and talk about the effectiveness of the deck now please?

well, you dont really use the pillars that much. your getting all of your light quanta from the shield. like if you nightmare a photon and give your enemy 5 of them, he plays them and you have your solar shield out, you are getting 5 light quanta a turn. then you nightmare it again and he plays another 5. you are now getting 10 light quanta from your shield. really, you can play this deck with 1 or 2 pillars.

Deck Help / Re: Newb buildin a deck, any tips or suggestions?

yeah, i would add 2 hopes and a miracle if you have one so you have something to do with all that light quanta.
plus 2 sky blitz's would be nice in this deck.

if i had more archangel's i would put them instead of luciferin's, but alas i dont (yet XD )
i tried putting in a few crusaders, but they are not very consistent.
this deck is ONLY good for fighting an AI though. im pretty sure that if you nightmare a photon against a human, they know something is up and probably wont play them.
im mainly just looking for different ideas that could play off of the solar shield. i tried filling my opponents field with malignant cells, but that was to slow and to quantum taxing for death.

Deck Help / vampiric crusaders
« on: January 25, 2011, 04:07:53 am »
recently i have been trying to find a really good weapon for the crusader to play off of and my favorite one so far is the vampire stiletto and dagger. here is the deck i made with the idea:

Code: [Select]
5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5l8 5lf 5lf 5lf 5ll 5ll 5ll 5ll 5ll 5ur 5ur 5ur 5ur 5ur 7n2 7n2 7n2 7n2 7tb
this is mainly for EM grinding LvL3's.

enemies that this deck is good against:
AI3's: about a 90% win. hardest deck to beat is the fire/water steam machine deck. everything else is easy pickins provided you dont get a bad draw.
T50's: havent tried it much
LvL5's: winable, but hard. If you win a game, it will take a little longer. not ideal for grinding.
FG's: dont even try it.

daggers and stiletto's both have an advantage and disadvantage to them. the dagger takes twice as long to play, but is stronger whereas the stilettos can be played faster, but is a little weaker.

the blessings are to bless an animated dagger so when you use the endow ability on the blessed dagger, it makes the crusader stronger as well.
(eg, a 4|4 stiletto gives a crusader +4|+2, a blessed 7|7 stiletto gives a crusader +7|+2 thus doubling the effectiveness of the blessing)

i thought about trying changing a few pillars to darkness pendelums and making my mark entropy so i can add a few chaos powers, but that seemed a little to unstable.

any input would be appreciated.

yeah, with the change to the bonds, EM's arent as easy. also, i think changing the frogs for scorpions would be better.

my absolute favorite deck to fight against is a fire rush deck. once i get like 4 owles eyes on the field, anything that comes out will dies very soon.
