nice idea, but i think it should summon creaturematching the permanent element, and the non-upgraded does not need to have any chances to summom upgraded creature.
and i have a question- if i use the non-upgraded card on upgraded permanent, will it summon upgraded creature or normal (non-upgraded) creature?

Burrowed, flying, invisible, immaterial cards are also destroyed. Phoenix is completely destroyed too (no Ashes remain).
There are several Armageddon-type ideas, but neither of them are balanced or good-looking. I think this is.

if i animate morning star, it remains immaterial. but other immaterial weapons loose their immateriality upon animating?

yes its cost = 1... but it picks a random to begin with.. so it will pick 1 of 12 elements.. whichever it picks is its true cost  in my opinion.. so if i get the cost back it SHOULD be the same element used to pay for it..
i understand you, its about how you define "cost". imho cost of the card is indicated in the upper right corner of each card. that means long sword's cost is 1 random quantum.
But that doesn't seem to correlate with the card's original intent.  Its intentions are for you to get back what you paid, not just receive a random benefit for having a creature get nailed.  In this case, if the Long Sword cost 1  :fire quantum, then you should receive the  :fire back as compensation.
thank you for trying to decide what is my ideas's original intent, you dont have to do so. i know what is my card about:
if your card's cost is 3 random quanta then you get back 3 back random quanta, right?

anyway, its not a big deal, there are no "other" creatures except flying 'other' weapons, which is very uncommon.

im confused about this poison/heal thing.
i think poison/heal counter is the same property of the player which can be negative(when you are posioned) and positive (when you are purfied). If you are poisoned for 5 (counter is -5) and you apply Purify, then you remove all the poison, and get +1 purify (counter is +1), right?

what does your idea mean in examples. e.g. you have a counter -5. if SoC adds 1 point of healing then you will have -4 or +1? cuz if -4 then you removed 1 poison.  or removing poison works if you are poisoned and adding heal works if you are not?
