I agree.

It's a nice card, but there;s no reason to put this in a deck without fractal.

That makes it a very one-track card.

A good way to give it more use is to make a generator of some sort. That way you can make a proper strategy around it rather than relying on fractal abuse.
what do you mean exactly by "generator"?

that doesn't matter how many turn.  in the reallity  if you face that combo and don't have anything to defence yourself.   only 2 turn is enough to kill you.     even make it have 2 hp don't help anything.

for me.  this card have a problem with swarm atk.   but why all your people think this card have a problem with HP?

it attack have same mechanic as scarub but that card is  HP.   that why it don't be imbalance with fractal.   think about it carefully.
you have right, its totally the same if it has 4 hp or 3 or 2

i think making it 3 hp is too underpowered without fractal. what about making 2 hp and lowering the cost to 2 and 1 :death

@Kuro , how can i check who is the artist? i asked the owner of that site i taken the pic from , he said this image is not his property and he doesnt know who is the artist.
Well... usually if I can't figure out who the artist is, I don't bother trying to reuse the art again, in case the image-hosting site I uploaded it to takes it down for one reason or another. Most times, if I see a piece of art on a website that doesn't have any information on the artist, I do as much research as I can given time restraints to see if someone else has used the art, if it's free to use, etc. to get a feel on whether or not it's okay to utilize.

...that said, Apocalypse can be an easy enough 'theme' to design art for, so it's okay. It'll be moved up into the Crucible soon. :)
thank you

This is just a quick example. Just blow everything up and miracle late game, then cremate and revive all you phoenixes.

Not really balanced properly, but the idea is there.
wow, youve found a possible strategy with this card,  congrats, applause..

so whats now?  this deck is not OP, what if your phoenices wont kill your opp before you play all your cards? what if your opp have creature control cards? he will for sure, and can play them, he will have enough quanta.. what if your opp kills you before you play apocalypse? what if your opp still have in his deck a creature?

Please note "destroy" means a complete destroy not just kill. So phoenix wont turn ashes after playing this card but completely destroyed. (its Apocalypse, not just RoF, right?), also destroys all the permanents (incl. protected) and immaterials, invisible, buried... EVERYTHING

It's a pain because there's really nothing there to feasibly counter it.

If you run into it unprepared, you will basically automatically lose.
That means every single deck you make has to be prepared for it one way or another, or you will lose.
Since you have to include it as a factor in every single deck you make, it's an incredibly broken card.
the trick is, no deck needs to be prepared for this (who can be prepared for apocalypse, right? :D). the point of this card is, it hurts you as well, in addition it hurts you more than your opponent. its up to you if you can use this as an advantage..

to any peolpe who think its OP:

WHY?

and dont say specific cases like "rain of fire is op cuz it destroys all your ray of light using hope-fractal" cuz i can say for every card a situation where its is OP. i need a correct non-situational description.

as BlueP said, this card destroys all your pillars as well... so you wont play any pillars? then you have to wait 12 turns to play this card. your enemy will probably kill you in 12 turns if you dont do anything... also, it consumes all your  :fire,  but your opponent will have much quanta, since you cannot play this card early..

so why is it OP?

@Kuro , how can i check who is the artist? i asked the owner of that site i taken the pic from , he said this image is not his property and he doesnt know who is the artist.
