Introduce Yourself / Hello!

Hello! I am new to the forums, but i have enjoyed playing the game for some time already.
I have some simple questions, but i am not willing to read through the whole forum, since search feature says i'm not allowed to search posts.
so first question - am i allowed to ask a question, that may already be somewhere on the forum?
and the second question is: when fighting in silver league, i noticed that some of my opponents' decks have more than 60 cards and that some cards are more than 6 in one deck, but when i try to create an arena deck (or my own deck) with 60+ cards or more than 6 cards in the deck, i get a message, that i can't do that.
I am aware that this may be a question already discussed in the forums, and i apoligise to the admins. Would you please not delete this post, but clear things out for me? Thank you very much.
