nice idea, but i think it should summon creaturematching the permanent element, and the non-upgraded does not need to have any chances to summom upgraded creature.
and i have a question- if i use the non-upgraded card on upgraded permanent, will it summon upgraded creature or normal (non-upgraded) creature?

Just so everyone knows, you don't need quantum pillars in a deck that uses this, since you can draw your opponent's pillars as well.
you should have some quantum pilars. You cant know how much time will pass until that he will draw pilars, and also there is a chance that some from his creatures base on the quanta from the mark and not drom the pilars. so to be on the safe side- you should put some quantum pilars. when i playd this deck most of the quanta i used came from the quantum pilars
