Lol. Lol, and more LOL!Sure, it helps UW much more. But getting a free card (even if it is a pendulum/pillar) helps. WhenLol, this event really helpedFixed your post. Getting 1 copy of a different card doesn't really help build a new deck for a mono or a duo ... obviously helps out a rainbow, though. This should make the war more interesting for the last few rounds!. Now they are even more unpredictable.
got the 2 decks, i thought they will have to build a suicide deck this round. Now, the odds are much better for a really viable second deck.
MMmmm... i don't know. I think at this late date the card works better with so few matches left. Could you imagine the uproar when we had 48 matches going? Oh the gnashing of teeth that would have ensued. It also adds a bit more luck and gives the underdogs a better chance (not that i'm saying that's better). I don't think this card is terrible and honestly could have worked either way, just didn't fall on aether's side this round.Desynchs really screwed this event card up.This. Every team gets RNGscrewed at some point in time. If it happens early in war, you can bounce back. If it happens late, you are pretty much F'ed. This event card would have been "acceptable" at best in the first 3 rounds of war.
The amount of hard work going up in smoke when events like these (RNG-losses in general) unfold has just about killed my motivation for War. Winning is only a bonus, but being denied a reward for hard work over and over ruins any game.
On a similar note, RNGscrewage + desyncs + months of war = not very fun. One of those variables can at least be modified easily. Like zeru said, instead of changing the rules, change the #s. I think we need to drastically reduce the starting vaults, and consider Round 1 discards starting at at least 18. Just my opinion.
If UW gets its salvage, in fact we are going to play vs Aether and UW. Hope they do it, and Fire can play vs Aether.hrmmmm that does present a problem i think. UW has a pretty decent grabbow...
Good concept that made a lot of sense. Unfortunately with only 3 nova's and 2 purifies finding that combo definitely makes it really difficult. With that said i am glad this deck is out of the way and you only lose 9 critical cards.haha sundials dont like aether cause time does not like those that are immortal along with death WHEN u make time and death angry THEY be coming for you RAWR!!! but anyways nice deck by both things cept the aether deck looks like the kinda threw a bit of everything and then tried to make a stall? wierd >.> death deck what more to ssay awsome poison is awsome.The deck was designed to win once and only once against a poison-based deck while being very low-risk if it were to lose. It basically was autowin against the SS stall, and the splashed purifies were a surprise in case of poison (50% win rate at best because of the fat deck).
