I don't have enough experience to say anything about the amount of Pillars here
maybe remove all pillars, chance mark to aether and get 8-11 darkness pendulums?
two different kinds of pillars are inconsistent, and prone to bad draws

as a suggestion, either remove the shard from the post or chance the title, you seem to want to emphasize it is totally unupped, while it isn't

anyone can beat an fg with a bit of luck btw :P
Wouldn't it be better to get the Aether Pendulums? Otherwise, I agree; that'll make it more consistent. Anyway, Fractal + Devourer is a sweet combo since the Devourers fuel themselves and are better in multiples.

That combination requires 8 exact cards to be drawn and doesn't even win on turn 2. It's not even hard to disrupt. I'd say the more dangerous deck would use Aether mark and play Fractal to fill its hand with Jade Dragons - it'd be a lot more consistent but still not absurdly powerful. Turn 3 and 4 wins already exist in the game - they just don't come up consistently enough to be an issue. I feel like this would likely be similar.

The Dissipation Field possibilities are more frightening, I'll admit, but not insurmountable. Permanent destruction is pretty common. If you're adding Enchant Artifact into the mix, that makes things even less consistent.

Power level issues aside, my main qualm is the lack of anything in the game indicating why this wouldn't work, asides from the "lol infinite quanta? i dont think so" sentiment. I feel like unintuitive hidden rules like this should be avoided if possible as they're often an indication of poor design.

I tried this as well and find it to be pretty silly. There's nothing on Shard of Readiness that says anything about not allowing you to use the ability multiple times per turn; there's way too many hidden rules in this game as it is. Infinite life quanta isn't really a huge deal since there aren't any spells that scale with how much you have, like with Fire. This could otherwise enable a pretty interesting combo with something like Dissipation Shield or Fractal - nothing super broken though.
