Dear player, no, because you made it.

Dear community, when is Zanzarino finally going to balance the elements so that :aether isn't so weak?

Dear player, twice a day: once in the morning so they don't attack you, once before going to bed so they attack everyone else overnight.

Dear community, what element is going to come in last place in the war?

Light / Re: Round 1 - decks
« on: May 30, 2010, 12:45:39 am »
A couple other things to keep in mind... I was grinding the t50 a few days ago and noticed a couple decks that were un-upped. And were made by people on other teams. And that had a significant portion of the cards in their elements.

Needless to say, the t50 is apparently a source of information on the enemy. So far I only saw two. But if you see more, post them here.

Also, this goes both ways. I know most of use aren't in the t50 (Dragoon was but says he isn't anymore) so make sure not to go into the t50, because other people would get info on us. And I know candle was rated around 10ish or even higher, so candle, once you gain access to this thread, please either quit over and over against AI6 or, more probably, just make sure not to keep light's decks equipped when idle.

So without further ado, here are the decks I saw:

Pervepic (team entropy) had an aether/dark deck containing the following cards of interest (at least this is what I saw before the end of the match): DISCORD, PURPLE DRAGON, LYCAN, DUSK MANTLE. This is a deck we could assume they had because of the natural synergy with entropy / dark from lycanthrope.

The other one was a bit more interesting. Antagon (team fire) had this deck, it was a fire/death deck with the following cards: ARSENIC, POISON, BONE WALL, FIRE BOLT, RAIN OF FIRE, DEFLAG. My thoughts are that this deck intends to slowly do damage with poison while hiding behind bone wall, then finish you off with fire bolts.

I doubt we'll see antagon's deck due to the possibility of reflect shield from his perspective, but we could see that entropy deck, even if it has dark creatures, because they wouldn't expect us to pack holy light. I wouldn't be surprised to see devourers, etcetera in that deck as well.

So if any of you happen to be t50 farming, just keep an eye out for intel on the enemies.

Light / Re: Making the Vault
« on: May 29, 2010, 11:30:18 pm »
Okay, I've been thinking a little and there are really two ways to do this. We could:

A: load the vault up with a bunch of random cards that are useful in a lot of decks and hope we have what we need or

B: realize that 12*30=360 and just load the vault with all of our counter-decks (not to mention overlap between the counter decks and the fact that we don't need one against light)

The only downside to option B is that we need to finalize all of our counter decks. Tomorrow, we should all focus on doing this as much as possible.

Granted, but it accidentally steps on you and you are squashed into the ground.

I wish no one would post in this game for the next 24 hours.

Good thing I happened to be in a different universe. I enter back into this one, find a survivor and hit them with a hammer.

I take one of the spaceships and fly away to the moon, providing food for everyone there. Meanwhile we nuke earth several times over, with you on it.

True, but not all of the roles would be that bad to kill. The seer, doctor, priest and witness are obviously roles that we want to keep alive. And the con artist and vigilante could be useful late-game if we're running low on people and need to kill a fake god. But the gambler and village idiot wouldn't necessarily be that awful to kill, because their roles aren't necessarily positive. They're on the same level of usefulness as innocents, in my opinion. So we have 3 targets that would be good to lynch, 6 (four civilians, gambler, village idiot) that wouldn't be awful, two (con artist and vigilante) that could be okay to kill but could wind up useful, and four that would be very bad to lynch. So we actually have a 9/15 or 60% chance of missing anything too bad and a 20% chance of killing a fake god. Still these aren't great odds, so I'm gonna wait until there's some more votes or evidence to vote.
