I've beaten it multiple times but that was with LAva Golems. It was tough though.

I've beaten it with a good star but I was playing LAva Golem (beginner verion -no minor phoenix,- similar to Vreeley's unupped deck, but partially upped) with RAge Potion in it. I needed my own fast start AND rage potion (to use on their creatures) to win.
Iv'e actaully have had lots of trouble with speed rainbow because I was unupped.

Rainbow Decks / Re: (1.24) CC? Why bother?
« on: July 25, 2010, 06:08:00 pm »
QUOTE: • Make it 35 card. Adding things such as another shield, steal, antimatter etc. 35 card is the max you can do with 2 hourglass after alot of testing - Yaladilae (referning to Yaladilae's Butterfly Effect entropy rainbow)

This deck is also a "small entropy rainbow with supernova" so I assumed this would apply this one as well.
Also whay gods does Alfatoxin help against?. Miracle helps vs Osiris if Your shield shoes up late. But I've ony faced. Hermes, Decay (skip), Dark Matter, Deam Catcher, Miracle, Destiny, 3x Fire Queen and 4x Osiris (not in that order) so far. Only HErmes, Decay, 2 Queen, Osiris after repalcing Miralce with Aflatoxin and taking out queen. The queen is not very useful vs Osiris and can show up late or not at all.  Could use both (no queen) and use 35 cards.

I will have to test this:

Can "CC? Why Bother?" Get away with 2 hourglasses and replace one with protect artifact (and keeping miracle)?

I recommend upgrading Immolations, then Lava Golems, then Pillars.

Has anyone tested Shriekers/earthquakes/reverse times for this challenge?

I'll do it.

Round 1: (30 min with spins) 14/2 208 electrum  (- bonus from spins, was 298)
oops, forgot to record score but you can't buy cards with score so I'll skip it for rounds 2 and 3.

Round 2: (30 min with spins) 16/0 283* electrum (-bonus from spins, was 373)
*= 1 EM
Round 3: (30 min wiht spins) 16/2 244* electrum(-bonus from spins, was 309)
*= 1 EM

Total: 46/4, 735** electrum (-bonus from spins, was 980)
**= 2 EM

notes: Can get EM vs death deck if it only plays vultures and nothing dies. Losses: Had trouble with etropy/darkenes (chaos seed, maxwells demon), Gravity/Light (blessed otyugh, armagio + multiple guardian angels), Air mark Air/Light/Life (Owls eye with firefly queen out, heal). Earth/time reverse timed my shrieker, granite skin. Last 2 losses got computer down to 2 or 4 before dying. I'm not the most expereiced with shriekers. Maybe played an EQ when I should have played a creature vs earth time (didn't really slow it down) or maybe waited too long to evolve shriekers vs that Owls Eye. Someone more experienced would be better in these situations.
Could have been faster if I didn't keep track of spin bonus. Wrote down opponent during spins for round 1. This one could be slower than plain shriekers. (no weapon, 2 less pillars, 1 less shrieker).

QUOTE: I tested some of the best grinders for 60 minutes each. I skipped spins because the cards you win from spins have nothing to do with how fast the deck is.

Graboids rush: 45 wins, 4 losses, 620 gold
Mono-life rush: 46 wins, 1 losses, 719 gold
Plastiqe's deck: 48 wins, 3 losses, 769 gold

It looks like plastiqe's deck is the best. - Kintar

Also for the upgraded nova golems:
I don't know it this would work, but for the nova lava golem deck, would it be possible to put quicksand in it?

Does this one still work?

Yeah, its's the only nymph I've got more than one of.

I was saying you have to actually fight your way thorough the top 50 to find so peaceful famrs are not a problem. How is 1500/upgrade fun? How is grinding suppsoed to be fun? Also what is they besides lava golems, shriekers, poison or fire decks for unuped?

58
Peaceful farms should be alowed. Having to try beat the decks of people with all the cards inorder to get the cards you need to stand a chance is frustrating. I avoided the top 50 for a long time beacasue of this. You can lose a ton of electum trying to find farms if you are not prepared and there are so few unupgraded strategies available. You need shards for many strategies so I had to play T50 to get them because ROL Hope needs them. Also 1500 per pupgrade is ridiculously harsh. 150 seems more apprpriate.

Whey they use a bush of twin universes on your mutant, bad things happen. Also I was possible to star the shrieker deck by starting with earth before mark changes were free.

Forum Archive / top 50 scores of the day question?
« on: July 15, 2010, 10:20:49 am »
Does having one of the top 50 socres of the day put your deck in the top 50? Or does it have to be top 50 scores of the week?
