It seems like I need Aflatoxin to beat Decay so prefer a version with 2. If I want the EM verion it looks like there's only room for 1 aflatoxin( I don't want to take out Jade Shield) but Aflatoxin does things like this:

hmmm winrate vs masteries...

Tried Miracle/heal instead because Chimera can't heal you in an emergency but miracle and heal can. I thought that meant you can't take out a shard for chimera. I'm sure I just had bad luck while using chimera though though. Also, I thought Jade Shield only helped vs Octane and Decay. Jade shield would have to replace the 2nd alfatoxin, hmmm. . This is what I tried.

edit- TEsting both ways to EM, so:
Sometimes Chimera and Liquid shadow are (replaced by) Improved Heal and Improved Miracle. Sometimes Jade Shield is replaced by Aflatoxin becasue my previous version had room for both JAde Shield and a second Aflatoxin and I'm not sure which one to take out. (It was not an EM deck unless I repalced the Jade shield* with a heal)

Edit: difinitly just bad luck with chimera verion, older verion having plenty too.

With chimera I would keep 6 shards . Maybe that's just my preference. I was losing to easy gods (osiris, neptune, fire queen) due to bad luck. I would prefer 6 shards to a jade shield. (it only helps vs 2 gods). MAybe it was just bad luck. Miracle + improved heal can also get a mastery. Easier to get away with 5 shards but no extra help vs bone wall.

There is no differnce between pillars and pendulums if there is a time mark and no upgrades. Upgrading to unstopables would change that. 1 turn faster What about all pendulums, aether mark, no towers? They migh have to be upgraded. I don't have the upgrades so I may leave this for later. I was jsut an idea.

Archived Decks / "Mono" Aether Dune Scorpion

An anoying pvp2 deck. It's "mono aether" except with scorpions. In theory you only need one. Then you can patiently play phase shields and SOGSs while you wait to win. The goal is to play one scorpion with momentum, then hide behind phase shields and shards of grattitude until you win. I made this for "fun" becaue I had the upgrades from rainbow and mono aether. It is not conistant enough and vulnerable to permanent control but when it works it works.

blank cards are dune scorpions.

variants: replace 2 aether towers with shards for more stalling. Just take out a couple towers to make it more consitant.


upgrades: The Aether Cards have to be upgraded (you would need them for mono aether anyway) and the shards have to be upgrades (you may need them for rainbow anyway). You could upgrade momentum and replace the gravity pillars with upgraded gravity pendulums. OR you could change the mark to gravity and replace the gravity pillars with time towers.  All this would do is allow you to play the combo 1 turn earlier. It's not nessessary.

Maybe take out towers, pick aether mark, and use upgraded time/gravity pendulums, upgraded momentums? I don't have those upgrades yet so I'll leave it for later. Shards, steals and other momentum poison decks are a problem.

New verion: I want aether early, so I will see if I have to go back to 4 scorptions/momentums/pillars
the deck is also in the decks section now, so maybe I should just move all this there or the other way around. After testing I thought it worked. Where does it belong?

I want to know if this is a crazy idea. It is a mono aether variant.
I tried using pendulums to get dune scorpion and momentum into a "mono Aether" deck.
The point is to stall until neurotoxin finishes them off. I included mindgates as an extra damage source. It could be used in pvp.

I use shards and more phase shields. I've seen mindgate decks that look like mono aether with mindgate instead of creatures in the top 50. 30-35 cards. Is A large stall deck more effective? Or Something like this?

This can work too. THe mindgate rainbow can also work. Would have ot test it and see whether more stalling (yours) would be as or more effective than a mono aether one.

I've seen a Mindgate deck in t50 and some in PVP2. It works, so it does not need a buff. I keep running into Aether stall decks with mindgate as the win condition. I don't see how restoring it to needing only 1  :aether would make it overpowered. Then I never played with the origional verion in trainer.

 I am seeing mindgate decks in the top 50. Chessking1993 has one. So does Trettor. They are smallish mono-aether with mindage instead of creatures. Trettors has shards, I think Chessking1993 just copeid my shards. That one ahd a couple of thunderbolts.

I've seen in it bigger (over 35 cards) stall decks in pvp2 as well. Throwing in dark pendulum for steal is another possibility.
