I have a question, are we born with the abilitys or do we learn them? Because I'm not exactly sure how I can learn to gain strength from eating dead people. Also, when I devour someone, do I heal or do I get boosted stats?

I am known as Sappara. I came to be in that sack because the elves imprisoned me because they object to me eating my meat a little "fresh" or, for that matter, eating meat at all. As for why you couldn't smell me in the sack, it is because the elves cast a minor Purify on the sack to keep them from smelling me. Elves especially hate my breath. It came undone when I fell.

At this moment a large brown sack reeking of something dead falls from the trees still bound to a broken limb. A tall man climbs out and says, "Didn't anyone bother to perform a "see if anyone is hanging from a treelimb in a sack check"? Jeez. But anyways (as everyone starts gaging) I couldn't help but overhear your dilemma and I have a solution; why don't you abandon your cart for now and take the horse and supplies with you? You could some of the heavier supplies on the horse and if anyone questions you tell them that he was your companion and was turned into a horse by mutation or something. Also..." *performs check if anyone else is hanging in a sack above me check*

A tall man reeking of death walks in and says ,"Why don't you leave the wagon behind and take the horse with you and make up a story like "our friend was turned into a horse by an evil wizard" or something like that?

Equipment: A 2-foot long Khopesh as can be seen here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khopesh
Appearance: Tall and wears a knee-length black trench coat. He has medium-length black hair and a muscular build. His canines are noticeably longer and sharper than normal so that most people are somewhat unsettled when he grins. His breath constantly reeks of rotting flesh, except, of course, when he is eating fresh flesh. Then it smells like normal flesh.
