"As you can already guess, I hail from Death's Swamps, which is where I get my distinctive smell from.. I was raised by a hermit in a almost completely uninhabited patch of land. Eventually the hermit grew old and was stricken with disease. On the hermit's deathbed he told me to go out and help to rid the world of evil. Those were his last words before dying. He left the khopesh to me and I went off after burying him. I am skilled in the use of the khopesh and I'm willing to help any noble cause."

You need a reason to let me join your group? Well, judging by what you just said to that elf, it seems that every extra sword arm would of great help to your group. Also, can't you help a guy out? I'm in elf territory and they all want to capture me because I stink of death.
