Seems quite overpowered. You basically have a 60% chance each turn to get an additonal creature (or other beneficial effect/ shard) out for only 1  :earth?

For example, mind gate costs 4 to play, 2 to activate, the only benefit is to get anotehr card (on hand, not even played) and you still need the correct quanta to play it...

+ It does damage? :)

(I realise it is a weapon and should be better than a normal permanent), but still?

Will possibly be overpovered with fractal? How hard is it to have 27 green quanta when you play this one and fractal it to 81 damage?
