what s the point of the deck ?
it plays darkness, but the only crature-control i see are reverse times ??

you should go for something like 4 pillars, 4 pendulums, 4 devourers (your devourers are actually sources for your quanta too) no nightmares nor reverse times, do play a bunch of dragons, vampires, drain lifes, steals and liquid shadows
then balance the deck out(maybe add or remove a pillar, add or remove a dragon, add or remove a ... )

the point of the game is that it is fun to make decks and adapt them  to make them win i think

i would add 15|10 damage to yourself as an extra effect of this card, since this is effectively a reset of the playing field at your choice, some quanta and a single card loss is too little

devour works on a creature with less HP then the creature using devour, which is not the same as working on a creature with less then 3 HP, also, your scorpion could ve been damaged during the opponents turn and the otyugh could ve grown one way or another
