I'm not accusing anyone of anything, I just want to know if that card can be legally played  since I'm new and I want to know what cards can people play or not.

Well, if you ask for specification as to whether or not someone is cheating, that typically means you have accused (either knowingly or subconsciously) the person of cheating.  But no matter, your actions are understandable considering you just started playing the game.  Also, my link I provided above is not the one I had intended to post; fixed below:

I don't agree with what you're saying, I only asked if it was a bug or cheat, I didn't ask if that dude has cheats or not. But thanks for responding, at least now i know a bit of stuff from this game and know what cards I want to have

My strategy was to use the scorpions filled with adrenaline then if anything bad comes up, i'll mutate them
