Divine Glory / Re: Oracle: Divine Glory

I needed to make a new post, so I could link to it and have control over the first post for updates :)

Sorry to say but that deck has become nearly useless since about a month or 2, when the developers changed the AI miracle playing style. Maybe I'm just a dumba$$ for that simple deck, but I decked out 3 times in a row in real game with this setup (orace prediction).

Or, someone should give me a link how EXACTLY (seems that no damage counter based theese days) miracle played by AI (real game). (bit OFFTOP)

Until then I think a Hope based deck (either RoL or unupped FFQ rainbow with PA's) is much better against this bastard.

I added it to the T50 archive, but if you feel it should be in the halfblood achive instead I can move it.
Oops, I did not opened the T50 achive before posting (spamming a bit), sorry. That deck which is in T50 archive is very good against halfbloods too, so it might worth copying to anti halfblood section too, (imo).

Some authorized person should tell me why that deck is not in its right place. I know it can be boring to play in long term, but it is just deadly good against half bloods, imo.

An example:
Code: [Select]
6rn 6rn 744 744 744 744 744 744 744 744 745 745 745 745 745 745 75m 75m 75m 75m 75m 75m 75m 80d 80d 80d 80d 80d 80i 80i 80i 80i
Or am I just wrong?

General Discussion / Re: Does score have any function?
« on: September 24, 2010, 01:27:04 pm »
I think the most important thing is about score that it affects PVP scoring, in different ways. If you have low score you can even profit playing PVP, but with high score is just a pain. Think the PVP scoring system is the most unbalanced thing in the game right now. Example: player 300k vs. player 45k. The 300k will gain 30 score if win, but will loose about 120-140 score. It would have been balanced if we see this through pure math, but both of the player will play with fully upped decks - no deck advantage - and every strategy has several counters, making some of the games decided even before the coin toss. (Ok, I try to calm down for now...)

This is what I'm using theese days. I changed the deck a bit too.

- 2 gravy pendulums, instead of 1 QT: thoguh the deck overall quanta usage is low, time and gravy (esp. with pulvy) is a bit high
- 1 more sundial instead of hourglass: though hourglasses are excellent PC decoys, I found the nerfed sundial to be useful cause of the slow quanta flow
- unupped sundials by choice: I want QT in my starting hand instead of sundials
- 1 permafrost instead of fog: though fog is ridiculously cheap and early playable, it is useless late game. And there are several situations when bonewall got down, esp. against quinted and burrowed FG creatures. Furthermore the permafrost gives a very good chance against Osiris who is one of the best card farm out there (good against Decay too)

For the BE <-> pulvy question: I lost many games because of late pulvy, but it can happen with only 1 BE too. But I never lost a game (about 1500 games) beacuse I had to change the pulvy to eternity. Eternity is only useful with PA midgame, against PC FG's.

Some wins against firewalls:

managed to stabilize the field against this bastard which is obviously an extremely easy thing with a rainbow, guess what was my last f****** card...

I guess eternity. lol
What? Eterninty last? I know that one all too well. I'm in the habit of now putting a single rewind in just in case. Saved my ass god knows how many times.
Oh, I remember the days when I used a Time-bow. This is why I use a CCYB variant these-a-days. *Smirks*
Yeah, deckin out with an oldschool timebow is about 1/40 of the cases, which I really don't mind against easier gods (more than 80% winrate), but is really frustrating against harder ones. Tried the CCYB variant but I gone mad after deckin out 4 times a row, though I played the the least aggro as possible (or maybe I'm just dumb for that deck). Think it's more about playing style than winrate to choose between the two decks. (Though I'm about 60% with my crappy timebow.) Of course CCYB uses some nu cards like alfatoxin and fractal, which is cool, but its just me who likes to clear the field if possible, building up large bonewalls, using the nerfed sundial to stall one more turn, making funny mutants...

Oh, btw I took revenge 3 times since then:
